When guests come to our house this is an awesome dish to make in a limited time and a delicious full filling recipe
Ingredients:
- Bay leaf – 1
- Cinnamon – 1
- Cardamom – 2
- Clove – 3 or 4
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1
- Green chilly – 3 or 4
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Peas (Fresh/Frozen) – 3 cups
- Mint leaves – few
- Coriander leaves – few
- Lemon juice – Few drops
- Biriyani rice – 2 cups
- water – 5 cups
- Salt – to taste
Preparations:
- Add some oil and the whole garam masalas to the cooker
- Add the onions and green chillies saute well and add in the ginger garlic paste
- Saute well until the raw flavor is all gone add little salt
- Add in the peas and saute a bit and then the mint leaves and coriander leaves
- Now add the rice and give it a mix and add water to it
- Check the salt and add squeeze in some lemon juice
- If you need more spice u can add some more green chillies
- Close the cooker and allow the steam to come and put on the weight and leave it for about the three whistles
- READY the delicious awesome looking peas pulao.
